Hi,
I used Azure free trial in the past and only used the free credits. After that my account was blocked due to inactivity yet Microsoft is still trying to charge my credit card. Fortunately, my card is locked so no charges went through. I can't check my Azure portal because my tenant is already blocked due to inactivity. I can't log a ticket because I can't login to Azure.
Please help!
