How do i reinstall stand alone word for mac, i have receipt and product key

If your Word purchase was a one-time or standalone Office/Word license, the product key is usually redeemed only once and then linked to the Microsoft account used during setup. If the key was already redeemed, you normally do not enter the key again. Instead, reinstall using the same Microsoft account that was used when Word was first activated.

Please try this:

1. Go to Microsoft account Services & subscriptions.
2. Sign in with the Microsoft account you used when you redeemed or activated Word.
3. Look for your Office or Word purchase, then choose Install if it appears.
4. After installation, open Word and sign in with the same Microsoft account to activate it.

One important note: if you downloaded Word from the Mac App Store, a one-time purchase license may not activate correctly there. One-time Office licenses must be used with Office apps downloaded directly from Microsoft, not the Mac App Store version.
