Its confusing. I show 2 orders but only one subscription. I dont have another payment until 2028. I think the first charge was for 2026 upgrade to premium and the second charge was for 2027. It fooled me because the charges were the same amount.

If you purchased twice the subscriptions were added together. This applies if you pay for the same type of subscription a second time, and it also applies if you "upgrade" (from Microsoft 365 Family to Microsoft 365 Premium, for example).

    See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/switch-between-microsoft-365-subscriptions for more information.

If the duplicate Microsoft 365 Premium order was purchased from Microsoft, cancel the extra subscription here: https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the purchase.

    1. Select Cancel subscription for the duplicate subscription. It might show as Upgrade or Cancel.
    2. On the cancel page, review the details and select I don't want my subscription to confirm.
    3. If the page shows Turn on recurring billing instead, that subscription is already set to expire and no further action is required.

If the duplicate charge already appeared, first check order history for multiple purchases of the same amount close together: Review your order history.

If the duplicate charge is not visible in order history, go to Microsoft account Payment options and select Investigate to check whether another account used the same card: Go to payment options.

If the subscription was bought through Google Play, Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer, cancellation and refund must be handled with that seller directly.

If a charge still appears after cancelling, one documented reason is cancelling too close to the billing date. Cancellations must be made more than 2 days before the billing date.
