Hello, I have been trying to use my monthly $150 Azure credit for some testing. After trying to log into the email account I had used previously, I haven't been able to get access. I recognize that it would be easier if I just remembered the password to this account, but also trying to log in using a code sent to my phone is not working on multiple browsers.
I have been receiving this error as of yesterday.
If I am not able to log into this account, is it possible to move the monthly Azure credit to a new email?
