Cloud storage fee not taken from my account

My microsoft cloud storage fee of AUD3 which usually comes out on the 4th of each month has not come out in August. Why?

I can see you having issue with your cloud storage fee not taken from your account

Could you please confirm the name of the cloud storage subscription shown under Services & subscriptions, and whether its status is Active, Past due, or Expired?

Also, have you received any billing notification from Microsoft about the August payment?

This will help us narrow down why the AUD 3 charge was not taken. We look forward to your response.

Sorry guys I'm a dummy ! I have recently bought a new laptop for personal use and bought an annual subscription to office 365...this means I no longer need the $3/month fee and presumably Microsoft worked that out !

No worries at all

That would likely explain why the separate AUD 3 monthly storage charge was not taken.

If your Microsoft account now shows only the annual Microsoft 365 subscription as active, then no further action should be needed.
