I need to see a list of emails that use my primary account as it's recovery email.

A number of years ago, I created a second account to play games on, and I bought a lot of games and invested a lot of time into it. I linked my EA account to the email for that second account, but EA can only provide me with the masked address fi*****@outlook.com** and nothing more.

I’m certain I would have used my main email as the recovery address, so I’m trying to find out whether Outlook can provide the original recovery‑email notification I would have received when setting that account up—something I likely deleted—or at least confirm the list of recovery emails associated with my main account. I need this information so I can regain access and unlink the EA account properly.Screenshot 2026-08-20 132508

You can get a masked list (similar to what EA is showing you) using the forgotten username lookup:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/manage/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username

If you ever signed-in to the account on a Windows PC, there might be some clues in the the Windows Credentials Manager

Hello, I’m Virginia, please note we have no access to accounts.

Old emails aren’t something Microsoft would keep afaik so resending the original email concerning recovery details wouldn’t be possible.

You would be able to see all emails incl recovery used on the account by signing into your main account & going to Your info>Account info & seeing a list of emails under that account,
