Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
Hello jerick
Thank you for reaching out, here's what you should do next while still have your account login to the computer:
- On your laptop (already signed in), open a browser and go to account.microsoft.com/security > Click Change password then follow the prompt to update your new password
- In order to adding a new recovery/login method, please go back to Security tab on your Microsoft account webpage then click Manage how I sign in.
- Locate the Gmail that you don't have access to anymore and click Remove
- Click "Add another way to sign in to your account" to setup a new recovery method.
I hope that helps.
