How do I find out about a charge on my Credit Card from Microsoft? I have tried for hours. It is not under my account.

I am the treasurer at my church and have charges on our church credit card for Office 365. Nobody knows who put it on there. I would like to be able to use the account since it is paid for but can't find the login information
