Downgrade to Family Classic

My Microsoft 365 Family plan of 129 EUR will be automatically renewed soon and I would like to downgrade it to a Family Classic plan.
I have a few family members taking already advantage of the current subscription, and I don't want them to go through a "oh, I lost a subscription" and "Oh I need to re-subscribe" experience - I just want to change the subscription seamlessly.
On the subscription page, I see a Change subscription plan, listing Microsoft 365 Family for 129,00 €/year (which is my current subscription - no change), and two other pure personal subscriptions - neither is what I want.
I also see a cancel subscription, which takes me to a new page showing switching to Microsoft 365 Family again which is 129,00 €/yearly and is what I have already (this is no switch), and two other pure personal subscriptions. - Neither is what I want.
Nowhere to be seen is the family classic plan. I feel somewhat trapped.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, the Classic plan was a limited-time offer available only last year. Members who selected that plan also needed to remain on it without changing subscriptions in order to keep the legacy pricing.

I’m sorry, but the window to downgrade to the Classic plan has now passed, and it is no longer possible to switch back to it.
