Which specific Office product do you have? A subscription version such as Microsoft 365 Personal? Or a perpetual license such as Office Home & Business 2024? Also, which version of macOS do you have?

Following the July updates, you will need an Office license that lets you install release 16.83 or later, and you need a Mac that lets you install macOS 12 or later. See https://www.brandwares.com/bestpractices/2023/03/most-recent-office-you-can-run-best-practices/ and https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/lifecycle/officeinstall/update-m365-office-macos-ios .

    Hii,

Which version of macOS are you using? If it is version 14 or higher, follow the procedure below.

In this case, try uninstalling your current version of Office.

Access the App Store and check for updates; wait for the process to finish.

Access the link below and download the latest Office Mac package.

After installation, look for Microsoft AutoUpdate, check for any pending updates, and wait for the Office software to update and launch.

Log in with the Microsoft account that has the Office license.
