I have an email account that I cannot open it says connexion impossible

On my tv screen to open my PS5 account it says

An error has occured the account is locked because of numerous attempt to connect or

because my password needs to be reset for security reason

If your account is looked wait a while and try again. If your password needs to be reset, please check your email (....@outlook.fr) and you should receive and email

But we are not able to connect to the email address can some help me pleaswe

    Check if your account is locked:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/unblock-my-outlook-com-account-f4ad2701-d166-4d8b-8a6a-9af2a1f8a4c4

    You should use Sign-In Helper. It will show you if your account is locked and will help you unlock it.
