Why was the message history of Teams disappeared and how can I recover and let it do not?

The messages were disappeared in Teams. Why did it happen and how can I fix it? (Originally, there were many messages between 19th Dec 2025 and today.)

I have removed my teams chat, but it is showing in recent, when i click on it no chat show but person detail and date time show.
