DelegateLastClassLoader(String, String, ClassLoader, Boolean)
Creates a DelegateLastClassLoader for the specified DEX path and native-library search path.
[Android.Runtime.Register(".ctor", "(Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/ClassLoader;Z)V", "", ApiSince=29)]
public DelegateLastClassLoader(string dexPath, string? librarySearchPath, Java.Lang.ClassLoader? parent, bool delegateResourceLoading);

new Dalvik.SystemInterop.DelegateLastClassLoader : string * string * Java.Lang.ClassLoader * bool -> Dalvik.SystemInterop.DelegateLastClassLoader
Parameters
- dexPath
- String
The list of JAR or APK files containing classes and resources, delimited by PathSeparator.
- librarySearchPath
- String
The list of directories containing native libraries, delimited by PathSeparator; may be null.
- parent
- ClassLoader
The parent class loader; may be null for the boot class loader.
- delegateResourceLoading
- Boolean
true to delegate resource loading to the parent when the resource is not found; this does not affect class-loading delegation.

Remarks
The loader searches the boot class path first, then its DEX path, and finally its parent. This differs from standard parent-first class loaders.
