Enumerates values returned by the ConfigureFlagEncode, Encode, and None members and taken as a parameter of the F:Android.Media.MediaCodec.Configure member.
This enumeration supports a bitwise combination of its member values.

| UseBlockModel | 2 | If this codec is to be used with LinearBlock and/or HardwareBuffer, pass this flag. | UseCryptoAsync | 4 | This flag should be used on a secure decoder only. MediaCodec configured with this flag does decryption in a separate thread. The flag requires MediaCodec to operate asynchronously and will throw CryptoException if any, in the onCryptoError() callback. Applications should override the default implementation of onCryptoError() and access the associated CryptoException. | DetachedSurface | 8 | Configure the codec with a detached output surface. This flag is only defined for a video decoder.
