ステータス バーに表示される通知を投稿します。 同じタグと ID を持つ通知が既にアプリケーションによって投稿されており、まだ取り消されていない場合は、更新された情報に置き換えられます。 すべてのリスナー サービスは、この通知で提供されるすべての URI へのアクセスIntent.FLAG_GRANT_READ_URI_PERMISSION許可されるか、この通知が Context.grantUriPermission(String,Uri,int) を使用して通知チャネルにポストされます。 通知が取り消されるとアクセス許可が取り消されるか、Context.revokeUriPermission(Uri,int) を使用してアクセス許可を取り消すことができます。
