public virtual System.Threading.Tasks.Task<Azure.Response> CreateEntryAsync(Azure.Core.RequestContent content, bool? waitForCommit = default, Azure.RequestContext context = default);
abstract member CreateEntryAsync : Azure.Core.RequestContent * Nullable<bool> * Azure.RequestContext -> System.Threading.Tasks.Task<Azure.Response>
override this.CreateEntryAsync : Azure.Core.RequestContent * Nullable<bool> * Azure.RequestContext -> System.Threading.Tasks.Task<Azure.Response>
Public Overridable Function CreateEntryAsync (content As RequestContent, Optional waitForCommit As Nullable(Of Boolean) = Nothing, Optional context As RequestContext = Nothing) As Task(Of Response)

Parameters

content
RequestContent

The content to send as the body of the request.

waitForCommit
Nullable<Boolean>

If true, waits for the entry to be committed before returning. Returns 201 with receipt or 503 on rollback.

context
RequestContext

The request options, which can override default behaviors of the client pipeline on a per-call basis.

Returns

The response returned from the service.

Exceptions

content is null.

Service returned a non-success status code.

CreateEntryAsync(WaitUntil, BinaryData, CancellationToken)

Caution

Use CreateEntryAsync(BinaryData, bool, CancellationToken) instead.

Parameters

waitUntil
WaitUntil

Completed if the method should wait to return until the long-running operation has completed on the service; Started if it should return after starting the operation. For more information on long-running operations, please see Azure.Core Long-Running Operation samples.

body
BinaryData

CoseSign1 signature envelope.

cancellationToken
CancellationToken

The cancellation token to use.
