建立一組新的版面配置參數。 如果 focusable 設為 false，這個檢視永遠不會接收到按鍵輸入的對焦，因此使用者無法傳送按鍵或其他按鍵事件給它。 這些視窗會轉到目前聚焦的視窗。 若設定為 true，View 則可對焦。
