回傳ISO 3166中定義的所有兩字母國家代碼清單。 可以用來建立地點。 此方法等價 #getISOCountries(Locale.IsoCountryCode type) 於 ，且 typeIsoCountryCode#PART1_ALPHA2。
<b>註：</b> 本 Locale 類別也支援其他國家（地區）代碼，例如三字母數字的聯合國 M.49 區碼。 因此，此方法回傳的清單並不包含所有可用來建立 Locales 的有效代碼。
請注意，此方法不會回傳過時的兩字母國家代碼。 ISO3166-3 編碼用來指定這些過時代碼的國家代碼，可從 中檢索 #getISOCountries(Locale.IsoCountryCode type) ，為 typeIsoCountryCode#PART3。
