一個 Boolean 表示報告伺服器是否應該重新嘗試傳遞通知的值。

如果因臨時條件發生錯誤，應將重試的值設為 true。如果你將屬性設 Retry 為 false，報告伺服器不會重新嘗試傳遞通知。
