取得或設定一個值，表示該屬性 set 是否有方法存取器。

true 若集合 Count 的 SetStatements 性質非零;否則， false。
備註
HasSet 若該屬性為唯讀，則會回傳 false 。
Note
將此屬性設為 會 false 清除該 SetStatements 集合。
