此 RemoveAt 方法會將 remove 一個元素插入設定檔對應的區塊，針對高階設定檔中定義的任意元素。 若該元素定義於目前組態檔對應區段，則其條目將從組態檔中移除。 要移除的物件必須存在於集合中。
