GetEmptyDesignTimeHtml若未定義兩個控制項所需的範本ListView（ListView與ListView.LayoutTemplate）時，設計者會使用此方法來渲染ListView.ItemTemplate控制項。 該 GetEmptyDesignTimeHtml 方法呼叫 方法 CreatePlaceHolderDesignTimeHtml(String) 建立一個佔位符，顯示控制項的型別與 ID，以及使用者的額外指令。
