該 IsEnabled 屬性提供介面卡及其任何衍生類別對該 WebControl.IsEnabled 屬性的存取權限。 WebControl.IsEnabled 掃描父控制的階層，只有在 Web 控制項及其所有父控制項啟用時才回傳 true 。
