取得顯示工作區域。 工作區是顯示器的桌面區域，不包括工作列、底座視窗和底座工具列。

A Rectangle，代表顯示工作區域。
備註
工作區是顯示器的桌面區域，不包括工作列、底座視窗和底座工具列。
WorkingArea 會回傳整個螢幕區域，只要Windows工作列設定為自動隱藏，無論工作列目前是否顯示。
