這個 UnhandledExceptionFilter 事件提供了一個不讓事件升級 UnhandledException 的手段。 先提出事件 UnhandledException ，若 RequestCatch 在 上 DispatcherUnhandledExceptionFilterEventArgs 設定為 false， UnhandledException 則事件不會被提出。

事件多播中先前的處理程序可能已將此屬性設為 false，表示該例外不會被捕捉。 「不抓」行為會覆蓋所有其他行為，因為很可能代表除錯情境。
