類別 ChannelManagerService 的實例通常由執行時使用設定檔建立。

服務建構子中定義的端點將用於建立與配置名稱 ChannelToken相符的通道。 組態中定義的端點優先於程式碼中定義的端點，因此如果透過程式碼新增的服務端點名稱與合約類型與組態檔案中的端點相同，則程式碼中定義的端點將不會被使用。
